About the Candles
Q: What makes your candles different from others?
A: Our candles are hand-poured in small batches, made with natural soy wax blends, high-quality fragrance oils, and unique concrete vessels that double as décor pieces.
Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: Depending on the size, our candles burn between 35–50 hours when used correctly. Always trim the wick to 5mm before each burn for the best results.
Q: Are your candles safe for pets and children?
A: Our candles are made with non-toxic fragrance oils and soy wax blends. However, we always recommend keeping candles out of reach of children and pets and never leaving them unattended while burning.
Q: Do your candles produce black smoke?
A: If the wick is trimmed properly and the candle is burned in a draft-free space, our candles produce a clean burn with minimal soot.
Q: Why does the top of my candle look a little uneven?
A: With natural soy wax, it’s common for the surface to develop small textures or frosting after burning. This is perfectly normal and doesn’t affect how your candle burns or the fragrance it releases. These little variations are a sign that your candle was hand-poured in small batches, without any synthetic enhancers.
Q: How should I burn my Rochelle Candle safely?
A: To enjoy your candle while keeping your home safe, follow these simple guidelines:
- Place your candle on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Keep it away from open windows, fans, or anything flammable like curtains or paper.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Make sure it’s out of reach of children and pets.
- Burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
- When about 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom, it’s time to stop burning.
- Caring for your candle properly means you’ll enjoy a cleaner, longer-lasting, and safer burn every time.

Q: Are the fragrances natural?
A: We use premium fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and cruelty-free.
Q: Will the fragrance fill a whole room?
A: Yes! Our candles are designed for a strong yet balanced scent throw. For best results, place them in medium-sized rooms such as living rooms, bedrooms, or offices.
Q: Do you offer seasonal or limited-edition scents?

Q: Why concrete vessels?
A: Concrete gives each candle a modern, minimalist look while being durable, heat-resistant, and reusable. Each vessel is hand-poured, making every piece unique in texture and colour patterns.
Q: Can I reuse the vessel once the candle is finished?
A: Absolutely! The vessel can then be repurposed as a plant pot, pen holder, jewellery dish, or home décor.
Q: Will the concrete crack with heat?
A: Our vessels are specially sealed and tested to withstand candle heat. With proper use, they are safe and durable.
Q: Are the vessels heavy?
A: Concrete has a natural weight to it, which adds to its premium feel. While sturdy, our vessels are designed to be practical for everyday use.
Q: Do the vessels stain?
A: Concrete is porous, but we apply a protective sealant to reduce staining and wax absorption. Wipe gently with a damp cloth if needed.
Q: My candle vessel has small bubbles or slight imperfections – is this normal?
A: Yes – this is completely normal and part of the charm of concrete. Since each vessel is hand-poured, tiny air bubbles, variations in texture, or subtle colour differences may appear. These natural imperfections make every piece unique and one-of-a-kind, adding to its character without affecting durability or performance.
Candle Care & Safety
Q: How should I care for my candle?
A: Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting. Allow the first burn to last 2–3 hours for an even wax pool. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Place on a heatproof surface away from drafts.
Q: What should I do with leftover wax?
A: You can melt it in a wax warmer to enjoy the last bit of fragrance.
Q: Are your candles environmentally friendly?
A: Yes – our soy wax blend is biodegradable, our vessels are reusable, and we keep packaging minimal and recyclable wherever possible.
