Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rochelle Candles, we want your candles to reach you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery service:

Do you deliver across Malta and Gozo?

Yes, we deliver to all localities in Malta and Gozo.

Malta → €5 for orders under €30 / Free delivery on orders over €30

Gozo → Flat fee of €5 (delivery times may be slightly longer due to ferry schedules)

When will I receive my order?

Orders are delivered within 2–10 days from the date of purchase.

Deliveries are scheduled:

Monday to Friday → 17:30 – 20:00

Saturday → 08:00 – 12:00 (noon)

We will always try to keep you updated. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided address, we’ll contact you to arrange a new time. Please note that a re-delivery charge may apply if there is no one to collect the order on the agreed delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—but we’re working on making our handmade candles available abroad soon. 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not provide same-day delivery through our website. 

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

At the moment, we only offer home delivery. However, we’re looking into adding a pick-up option in the near future for your convenience.
