Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Rochelle Candles purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, the following terms apply in line with EU consumer rights and Maltese law.

14-Day Return Policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@rochellecandles.com. We will provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal – EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU law, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

Notify us in writing at info@rochellecandles.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued once the goods are received and inspected.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised products.

Gift cards.

Sale items (unless damaged or faulty).

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 12 business days.

Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
